VBS

What a fun-filled couple of days we had at VBS this week. Check out Facebook or Instagram for pictures from each day. We really felt fortunate to have a nice mix of children from not only St. Alphonsus but other surrounding parishes as well. We got to know each other and it helped us to understand the concept of loving our neighbors just a little more easily since in some cases, we were strangers at the beginning of the series and left caring about each other. Again we want to thank Emily and Mary Eber who lived their faith by generously giving of their time all five days. We were joined this past week by Olivia Barry and were grateful for her presence and faith which shines through all she does! It was a true blessing for our young participants to see the youth modeling their faith through this year’s VBS.
