Golden Jubilee - July 11
Join Fr. Pat Grile, ordained on June 24, 1971, for his Golden Jubilee of Priesthood. He is returning to his home parish, St. Alphonsus, to celebrate a mass of thanksgiving on July 11 at 11:00 am. In his words: “I invite my family, friends, and parishioners to join me in a joyful celebration of giving thanks to God for these past 50 years of serving God’s people here in Michigan (18 years), Minnesota (20 years), Missouri (6 years), and others. What a fantastic blessing it has been for me when I think of all the baptisms, weddings, funerals and other times of bringing God’s joy, comfort, and hope to others. I ask you to join me in a beautiful thanksgiving of God for all these blessings to all of us over these 50 years! Let’s put smiles on our faces, sing, laugh, and continue to “Build the City of God!”
