Formed.org

St. Alphonsus has recently begun a free 2 week trial use of Formed.org a Catholic streaming service with over 4,000 items to choose from including movies, books (with free downloads), study programs and children's programming. Think Netflix for Catholics! We know there are plenty of things to stream online, but not all of them feed our souls or leave us feeling energized about our faith and better informed about being Catholic. This service combines so many resources to do just that. We can't encourage you enough to give it a try. Our free  trial program is up on November 3, 2020 and after that, just with any service we either have to commit to subscribe or terminate our temporary subscription.

Sign up instructions:

1.            Visit FORMED.org
2.            Click Sign Up
3.            Select "Sign Up As A Parishioner"
4.            Find St Alphonsus by parish name, address, or zip code
5.            Enter your email - and you're in! 

If you find material that you like or your family is enjoying, contact the Religious Education office either by emailing faithformation@stalphonsusgr.org or calling (616)459-5472. Tell a fellow parishioner about what you're watching and why it's interesting and different from your usual streaming service.  This program is free to all parishioners for the next year. Use it as an opportunity to enrich yourself, your family and friends here in the parish.  Maybe you'd like to see a small group put together to watch some of the movies or series.  Let us know!
