Explore the charm of Midland, Michigan. Get your photo on the Tridge, take in the scenic Chippewa and Tittabawasee Rivers and visit the Farmers Market. Lunch will be at Shirlene’s, followed by a stroll in Dow Gardens, and Whiting Forest. Dow Gardens is 110 acres of beauty, accented with flowers, bridges, and waterfalls. This year the Garden features life-sized Origami sculptures. Whiting Forest, within Dow Gardens, is home to the longest forest canopy walk in the nation with 54 acres of woodlands, ponds, meadows and orchards. This walk is handicap accessible and has three overlooks.
