St. Al’s Cooking Class – April 26

The last St. Al’s Cooking Class of the season is Monday, April 26th at 6:00 pm in the St. Al’s kitchen. This month’s focus is all about getting ready for Cinco de Mayo.
The Schrums will start us off with a special Jicama Salad. The Fortiers and Sheas will teach us how to prepare the rest of the delectable dishes for a Mexican fiesta!
You can taste it all for a class fee of $10. Contact Dayna Bearss at gdriders@att.net or 365-1988 to reserve your seat. Reservations must be made by April 22nd. Seating is limited, so RSVP soon. The $10 fee will be collected at the door.
