Catherine’s Health Center

Mission statement: Catherine’s Health Center is a nonprofit, community-based health facility dedicated to serving low-income, uninsured residents of the northeast section of Grand Rapids, primarily those who live in the Creston and Belknap neighborhoods.

Services offered: Catherine’s Health Center offers a variety of services, including examinations, immunizations, education, testing and screening, referrals, and is a storehouse of information on how to access health care needs.

Location and hours: Located at 224 Carrier St. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505, in the basement of St. Alphonsus Church. Catherine’s is open by appointment only. Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
