AUCTION 2012: “A NIGHT AT THE OSCARS”- Saturday, February 18th
We’re rolling out the red carpet as we prepare for Auction 2012! You may have heard some of the Oscar “buzz”, or found an invite in your email. Be sure we have you on our email list or follow the latest news on the parish website.
There are many ways to participate or support this event:
Be a “Star” Donor:
Take a star from the Tower of Stars located in the back of Church to donate an item to the night. If you would like to be a “Super Star” donor, contact Linda @485-6507 for some of the larger raffle items needed.
Join the “Behind the Scenes” Crew:
This is a fun event to lend a hand. Many volunteer opportunities are available beginning now or just days before the event. Contact Linda @485-6507 for more information.
Get on “The List”:
Grab your adult friends and family and reserve your seats! You can reserve a table of 10 or purchase individual seats. Admission is $25 per person. Download your reservation form at 2012 Auction Admission Form or request one via email from stalphonsusauction@gmail.com or call Dayna at 340-6623 with questions.
Enter for Your Chance to Win:
The Parish Raffle tickets for the Cash prizes are selling well….we are guaranteed to be giving away $2,500, $1,000 and $500 at the Auction.
Tickets for the “Taste of Grand Rapids” raffle are also selling fast. Tickets are $25 . If you haven’t secured yours yet, be sure to contact Tom @ 364-8503 soon.
Oscars Pre-Party
Join us at the Pre-Auction Gift Party on Saturday, January 28th at 6:00 pm in the Parish Center. Bring a gift (or cash) to donate for the auction as your admission to the party. We’ll take care of the rest: delicious food, adult beverages and of course a night of Oscar fun. You never know you may win a nomination to the big event!
