Projects completed in 2008Costs have been paid in full

  • New church roof - An anonymous donor helped us launch the campaign with a gift matching the entire cost of this project
  • In addition, exterior repairs to our church windows were completed

Projects completed in 2009Costs have been paid in full

  • Tuckpointing – Repairing the grout between bricks and replacing damaged bricks to seal the church exterior
  • Replacing the tower roofs on the church
  • Installing a new lightning protection system for the church
  • New church entry-way walls (flanking the main steps into church)

Projects completed in 2010Costs have been paid in full

  • New church amplification system for hearing impaired
  • Parish Center cafeteria/dining area renovation
  • Tree trimming throughout the parish campus

Projects initiated during the fall of 2010, to be completed in 2011Costs will be paid with cash already received

  • Site work including circle drive, repair/replacement of sidewalks, ramps and steps surrounding the church; this work gives a new look to the parish campus, provides access to the church for those who cannot easily navigate stairs or steep ramps, and makes all of our walkways, steps and entry paths more safe to traverse as well as more visually appealing (to be completed spring)
  • Parish Center work including upgraded electrical service to power future elevator and new HVAC, new utility metersnew roof and skylights in Lafayette wing, which will be the future location of the Food and Clothing Pantry (to be completed January)
  • Former school space renovated  for Catherine’s Health Center (this item was funded via an independent campaign; to be completed February)

Projects to be initiated and completed during 2011Costs will be paid with cash already received

  • New Parish Center entryway on the west side of the building (accessible via the circle drive) and elevator providing access from this entry to the gym and cafeteria level (to be completed June)
  • Gym restrooms renovation, including handicap access; these restrooms will serve all events in the cafeteria (to be completed June)
  • Parish Center kitchen improvements (to be completed fall)
  • Church interior wall repairs and painting (to be completed fall)

Next-tier prioritiesAdditional funds need to be raised to support these projects

  • Renovation of space in the Lafayette wing and relocation of the Food and Clothing Pantry
  • Replacement of the church boiler and related improvements
